Three years!! Three year!!! Who'd have thought we'd make it this far, it's been bumpy, mostly my fault i'll agree but we got there. Adam and i celebrated our three year anniversary (as well as his 23rd Birthday) last saturday (06/08/05) Adam bought me Xena season one part one which i'm all chuffed with and noe bidding/buying the rest of em! Can't wait to get more especially for the callisto eppys!
We had a lovely day. We got up late after having watched loads of Six feet under the night before that i'd bought him. We went to Downpatrick to visit the railay museum and go on the Steam Train CHOOCHOO!! Was very cool. The train went from downpatrick down to inch abbey which if we had had more time would have been cool to walk around. we also went up to the church and visited the grave of St. Patrick upon which adam wanted to eat lunch only i wouldn't let him...get mayo on my namesakes grave i think not!! lol
That week i also had 5 days off it was fab just worked monday and friday. You have no idea how great it was to have time off. I finally go the varnishing done upstairs so we can start getting it decorated and things UNPACKED. I've only lived there for 3 months and still it's all in boxes and loadsa my clothes in black bags. its just not fair at all! *stamps feet like a four year old*
I finally got into "At swim, two boys" I've tried to start it 3 times and finally on the fourth i got past the first 30 pages. after which it was fabtastic. Really enjoying it, it's so sweet and moving and just really well written. THe only bad thing was getting used to the style of language used...irish slang and what not from 1916. Get through the first 20 pages and you're laughing and crying with them all.
